Advanced Designer Cara Harrison has been selected as one of the Top Ten Finalists of the 2011 National Intercoiffure Nouveau Creative Cutting and Color Photo Contest. Cara will be traveling to Miami Beach, Florida April 17-18 to recreate her stunning look for judges for an opportunity to place in the top 3.
